Dear interested party, we wish to inform you that the “European Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the Processing of Personal Data, as well as the free circulation of such data” (hereinafter “GDPR”) provides for the protection of persons and other subjects with regard to the processing of personal data.
CASALINI S.R.L., as “Data Controller”, provides you with the following information:

    CASALINI S.R.L. will process the personal data that will be entered in the contact form.
  2. Source of personal data
    The personal data that the Data Controller will be in possession of are collected directly from the interested party when completing the form.

  4. Purpose of data processing and legal basis
    The processing of your data, collected and stored in relation to the completion of the contact form, has as its legal basis your consent and is carried out for the following purposes:

    Within the limits relevant to the processing purposes indicated, your data may be communicated to consulting firms, private companies, appointed as Data Processors by the Data Controller. Your data will not be disclosed in any way. The Data Processors and Data Processors in charge are promptly identified in the Privacy Guideline document updated periodically.

    The data collected will not be transferred abroad.

    The data collected will be stored for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are processed (“principle of storage limitation”, art. 5, GDPR) or based on the deadlines established by the law. The verification of the obsolescence of the data stored in relation to the purposes for which they were collected is carried out periodically.
  8. Rights of the interested party
    You always have the right to request from the Data Controller access to your data, the correction or deletion of the same, the limitation of the processing or the possibility of opposing the processing, to request the portability of the data, to withdraw consent to the processing by asserting these and other rights provided by the GDPR through a simple communication to the Data Controller.
  9. Mandatory or otherwise of consent
    We inform you that the provision of data for the fields indicated in the form is mandatory as they are the minimum necessary to be able to respond to your requests and any failure to provide them will result in the failure to send the form.
  10. Data processing methods
    The personal data provided by you will be subject to processing operations in compliance with the aforementioned legislation and the confidentiality obligations that inspire the activity of the Data Controller. The data will be processed both with computer tools and on paper and on any other type of suitable support, in compliance with adequate technical and organizational security measures provided for by the GDPR.
